About me

Working as a Counsellor for over 8 years I have a vast experience of a wide range of issues including clients who have experienced trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. My own personal approach to counselling is integrative, which means I use concepts from a variety of theories to ensure I am able to offer an experience to my clients that is individual to their own particular needs. It is my aim to create a space that is above all else safe, non-judgemental, confidential and supportive, to enable my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings whilst feeling valued, listened to and understood.
